These sturdy, Ingeo-lined, hinged clamshell containers are great for both hot and cold foods. Made from bagasse — the fibrous pulp that remains after the juice is extracted from sugarcane — with an Ingeo™ heat, oil and moisture-proof lining made from plants instead of petrochemicals. BagasseWare clamshells are commercially compostable.
